- The payment portal system will automatically follow up on paid and unpaid invoices
- It allows you to see balances that are due, the next payment amount and due dates
- It gives you easy access to your payment history
- From the Upscale website at www.upscale-events.com, select your desired 2024 Destination on the ‘2024 Luxury Destination’ Page.
- Click on the "Purchase" button and select the options for your reservation (single occ, double occ, 1st Class or Economy)
- Then enter your name, address and credit card information and select your payment plan and click on the “Place order” button
- You will receive an initial email that allows you to log into your payment portal to see your reservation, payment due date, and balance of your Destination(s)
- You can also access the payment portal from your cell phone
- You will receive monthly emails with a link in the email. Click on the link to access your payment portal OR
- You can visit the Upscale website at www.upscale.events.com and click the “Account Login” link at the top of the page

- Yes, you need to make every attempt to make a payment every month. If you do not make a payment in 90 days without communicating to Upscale Events & Travel, your reservation will be cancelled
- Yes, you can, however, the rates for the Destination(s) are subject to change the day after the initial deposit is available
- The costs of the Destination will not stay on the website indefinitely.
- You will be responsible for the cost of a single occupancy room at the current single occupancy rate. Your trip destination costs will be adjusted accordingly
- OR You can get another roommate. There is the possibility of a name change fee and the new roommate will have to pay at the current rate for the destination
- No, they are not required, however, making early deposits will reduce the cost of your trip by that payment amount
- Yes, we are a certified Event & Travel Management Company, certified and accredited by IATAN, International Airlines Travel Agency Network. The accreditation is the highest certification in the Travel Industry.
- No, we do not provide refunds. All Upscale Events & Travel destinations are non-fundable and non-transferrable. It is highly recommended that you purchase Travel Insurance in case an unforeseen cancellation occurs.
